Nissan of Canada: Value Advantage Spark Plug Launch

 

Nissan of Canada was ready to launch a line of aftermarket spark plug products that were a mid-to-upper grade replacement for aging Original Equipment parts. The main audience were mechanic shops and dealership maintenance departments throughout Canada. To help spread the word, the project contained a countertop reference chart, print ads, a promotional booklet/guide, and one-sheet fliers meant for the targeted customers.

I still look back on this project with fondness, because I was a huge fan of the advertising materials Nissan was distributing at the time. After reading their extensive, 200+ guideline for how to create an ad within their new visual system, I found that as detailed as their restrictions had been it truly still let the creative have some fun with the aesthetics.
