Drew Gentry is a seasoned Creative Director with over 25 years of experience in branding, marketing, and creative design. With a passion for strategic creativity, an eye for talent, and a deep understanding of audience engagement, he crafts marketing strategies and builds creative departments that drive real results.
As Creative Director for MHVillage and DataComp, Drew leads branding and marketing initiatives that enhance user engagement and business growth. At MHVillage, the nation’s leading marketplace for manufactured housing, he focuses on digital marketing, creative strategy, customer experience, and creative operations. For DataComp, he develops impactful marketing materials that support the company’s data management services.
Before joining MHVillage, Drew played a key role in shaping global brand strategy at WorkForce Software, where he oversaw creative development across digital and print campaigns, managed the Tier I customer funnel, optimized vendor relationships, and built a global creative team full of experience and enthusiasm. As Head of Global Creative Services at Tenneco, he led worldwide branding efforts—earning a Leadership Award for Communications in 2019 and two Global Employee of the Year nominations in 2021. Prior to that, he elevated Force Marketing’s advertising tier status while significantly improving production time and cost efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Drew made a measurable impact at Federal-Mogul, increasing in-house, cost-saving production by an astounding 3,600%. His journey began at Paxton Media’s Carrollton Times-Georgian, where he honed his skills in branding and design—highlighted by creating a revenue-driving real estate section from the ground up.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Drew is widely recognized for his leadership and mentorship. He has been nominated twice as a Mentor of the Year and continues to invest in the next generation of creatives as an Alumni Mentor for Indiana State University, where he earned his degree.
